Worley Mauk

Dear readers,
Worley Mauk, Jean Mauk's brother, passed away today. Our prayers are with Jean. I dont know any details yet but will post them as soon as I get them.
Worley had been ill for some time now. God rest his soul and be with Jean in her grief.

Women's Groups

There are currently three women's groups at FCC they are:
Joy Circle, Hope Circle and Love Circle. These three groups joined together make the Christian Circle.
The Christian Circle meets twice a year to report on what each individual group has been up to and perhaps we will have a guest speaker from one of the missions or organizations we support. Not to mention the Salad Supper!
Each group has their own function with in the Church as well as their own special missions, activites and monthly meetings. At the meetings business is taken care of then typically a lesson or a study of some sort and fellowship.
Sometimes it's just a place we can come together as friends and let our hair down, it's a place to draw closer to each other but more importantly to our Lord and Savior.
